USMC Veteran
I started Phillips Landscape & Fence in March 2021. I had just quit my job as a traveling cell phone tower electrician and decided to start this business as a part-time gig. As the company continued to grow, other USMC veterans reached out for employment. We became a brotherhood in civilian life, each of us bringing our own diverse skill set and experience which allows us to tackle a wide range of services.
Phillips Landscape & Fence is Veteran Owned & Operated. Additionally, all of our employees are USMC Veterans. We have a new found brotherhood working together since it is difficult for most Veterans to transition back to civilian life and work force.
The secret of success
Beginning as a lawn maintenance and leaf clean up company in 2021, our services have grown to include a wide range of property upkeep and development, as well as tree services and fence installation. With the addition of each team member, which are all USMC veterans, we continue to expand our services to grow the company!
CONTINUED GROWTH
Over the winter of 2024, our team of USMC veterans will be Arbor Certified and will all obtain our CDL licenses.
AREAS SERVED
We typically serve Stark County, including Canton, North Canton, Jackson, Canal Fulton and Green, Ohio, but we will travel beyond these areas.
